Overall very good experience. High service level, nice staff, convenient location (by metro station and shopping center).Very clean rooms. Great cleaning service!
Good hotel facilities. Good choice of food at breakfast as well.

Would be great if the spa area were available a bit longer e.g. till 23.00 -23.30 instead of only 22.00.
Hotel parking is a bit expensive for this area of Prague but not a great issue as there are parking places in the street available (free of charge during weekend and of reasonable price on week days).

Good to book via hotel site directly because for direct bookings they include SPA access free of charge.
